Here is today’s Slightly Forgotten Sci-Fi. This is the most recent one so far. Delightfully wacky and sadly not renewed. From the wonderful mind of Xavier Grillo-Marxuach. And yes those are Luchadores with a huge van mounted ray gun with “El Calzoncillos Gigantes” (the giant underpants) on the side of the van. DO NOT ANGER SENSEI PING!!!! Sorry for all the pictures, but I had so many good screen caps I went crazy. As always, no series name in the comments, but here’s a link to the show: https://bit.ly/36egbB
In an attempt to stave off boredom during the pandemic, I began a near daily series of posts I titled “Slightly Forgotten Sci-Fi” on Facebook. I asked people not to mention the name of the series in the comments. The earlier posts were a little short of photos, but that changed. If the post says it’s Monday, but the date was actually Tuesday, please don’t sweat it. Thanx! Hope you enjoy. All photos posted are copyright of their original copyright holder and I make no claim to ownership.

Today’s Somewhat Forgotten Sci-Fi has more steampunk than Sci-Fi and that’s mainly in the first episode, but hey, it’s my game, I can break the rules if I want. What do you get when an Edwardian gentleman is frozen in 1902 and wakes up in the swinging sixties? You get a series Michael Myers admits was one of the inspirations for Austin Powers. Remember no names in the comments, but here’s a link to the series: Link

Today’s Somewhat Forgotten Sci-Fi is from 2000 and was part of the Back2Back Action Hour with another show that might show up here. Again, no names in the comments, but here’s a link to the show: https://bit.ly/367Nnu

Today’s Slightly Forgotten Sci-Fi is kind of obscure, despite being first on Sky One, then BBC2, before being syndicated elsewhere. Here’s a hint, it was by Gerry Anderson (Space 1999, Thunderbirds, UFO). Remember no names, but here’s a link if you want to learn more: Link

Today’s somewhat forgotten SciFi is a little less obscure than the others I posted. I had the great pleasure of having dinner with one of the stars back in the late 80’s, Paul Darrow. Don’t post the name, but if you want more info on the show, go here: https://bit.ly/3cA5ATR

Today’s somewhat forgotten SciFi/supernatural series starred Joanna Lumley and David McCallum and ran from 1979 to 1982. It was green lit for another season then was abruptly cancelled, leaving it with one of the WORST cliffhanger endings ever! Please don’t name the show, but if you want to find more information, follow this link: https://bit.ly/35THL72
